Product Guarantee and Return policy

Product Guarantee

We guarantee our products against faulty materials (zippers and sewing) or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We will either repair or replace all products that are shown to be faulty provided that:

       1. We have been contacted in advance, and have issued an authorization number for the faulty product;

       2. The product has not been handled negligently or used otherwise than in  accordance with its recommended use;

       3. For product purchased from a retailer, bring it back to the store from which it was purchased with a dated proof of purchase.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover faults caused by ordinary wear and tear or any negligent handling of the product (including threads of yarn that have been cut or snagged).


Return policy


How do I return an item that I purchased through the Laundromat online store? 

To return an item purchased from our online store for either a refund or an exchange, please contact our customer service department by email at mentioning your order number and the reason of the return. 

All items returned to Laundromat need to have a return authorization number (RA). An RA form will be sent to you by email by our customer service department. 

Once you receive the authorization return form, place it inside the box along with the items and send it to the following address;

How long do I have to return/exchange my purchase?

Items may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.


How are shipping costs handled for refunds and exchanges of products purchased through the Laundromat online store?

Customers are responsible for shipping items to Laundromat. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, but we will ship your exchange order at our expense. In the event that the return is for a defective item , Laundromat will pay the freight.

Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for its delivery.


Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Laundromat will provide a full refund for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) in the same form as the original payment. All items being returned for a refund, must meet the following criteria: Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.


How long do I have to return/exchange my purchase?

Refunds may take between 15-20 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.
